The transfer of geological mass is a permanent, heavy-duty operation. Casual returns are incompatible with the nature of the material.

Absolute Commitment

Once a block or custom order is initiated and the physical manipulation (cutting, sintering, finishing) begins, the transaction is irreversible. Orders cannot be canceled mid-process.

Tessellated DNA Irreversibility

Mosaics forged with precious stones, rare minerals, and metals (silver, gold leaf, raw copper) are custom-sintered based on the Meister’s architectural prescription. Once the fracture process begins, the architecture is permanent. There are absolutely no refunds, returns, or alterations for bespoke lithic art.

Structural Integrity

In the event that the mass arrives compromised due to logistical failure, it must be documented and reported within 24 hours of arrival. The House will evaluate the structural damage and initiate a precise replacement protocol. We do not issue cash refunds for buyer's remorse; we only replace compromised integrity.
